Laser Remote – LR 2

The LR – module LR 2 consists of a scannerbox with a 2-motor-1-mirror solution. The 4-axes system with moveable mirror unit offers a nominal working area of (lxwxh) 2000 mm x 1400 mm x 400/200 mm.

For the Laser Remote Technology the beam of a high power laser source (CO2-, fiber- or disk-laser) will be guided to the working piece via a deflection mirror. The positioning of the beam takes place by moving the working mirror and the focus lens with the help of quick linear drives.

The advantage of this technology is the high movement speed between the laser seams or pitches and the resulting short overall cycle time at highest positioning accuracy.
